EU countries build up resistance to future cyber threats

Lately Europe has been the target of hostile operations, including a foiled cyber-attack against the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical weapons in The Hague. EU countries urgently need to build stronger resistance and appropriate response to future cyber threats from foreign intelligence networks. Meanwhile more needs to be done to combat disinformation and election meddling, also in the context of the 2019 European elections.
