We have a northern economy who have zero interest rates and to me as an economist (the lack of investment) is crazy.
Greek Finance Minister Tsakalotos advises Germany to invest more money in its infrastructure – now, because of low interest rates.
If Europe doesn’t invest now, in 20 years when we hope interest rates will be higher because we’ve returned to growth, they will regret that in a period of low interest rates they didn’t,” Tsakalotos added.
