Lifelong learning skills for green and inclusive societies in the digital era

“Work in Berlin” aims to put jobseekers from all EU/EEA countries in touch with employers from Germany´s capital. These companies are looking for motivated, high-qualified staff with working skills in different branches, like IT, engineering, business, tourism and health.

  • Would you like to know which job opportunities are available in Berlin?
  • You would like to live and work in one of Europe’s most intercultural capitals.

As a jobseeker, you can register online prior to the event, browse through registered employers and apply for vacant positions. After that you will receive one or more online interviews on the day of the event.

On this day, you may also:

  • follow the live stream presentations about working and living in Berlin
receive information about the incoming process to Germany
  • find out which opportunities are available in Berlin’s labour market
If you are an employer, the event will be an ideal opportunity for you to
  • promote your recruitment needs throughout Europe and meet a wide range of jobseekers with different language skills, qualifications and experience.

This event will take place online only, on 11th February 2019, from 11:00 to 16:00 (CET).

What are European Job Days all about?

If you are unemployed, looking for a new challenge or can’t find the skills you need for your company the European Job Days could be for you. Onsite or online, these Europe-wide recruitment fairs match jobseekers with employers in other European countries. Participants also get practical advice about living and working abroad.

#EUmovers #EURESjobs

Hundreds of Job Days take place each year in 32 countries. Employers get access to thousands of CVs for free whilst jobseekers get to apply for jobs across Europe in a variety of sectors – from medicine to tourism. Whether you are an experienced radiologist or a young person looking for an adventure in another country, the Job Days could have something to offer you.

You don’t have to be physically present at an event to get the benefits. Thanks to online chat tools and livestreaming you can ‘attend’ a Job Day from the comfort of your own home or office and even interview online.

#EURES

EURES is a co-operation network between the European Commission and the Public Employment Services of the EEA Member States (The EU countries plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) and other partner organisations. Switzerland also takes part in EURES co-operation.
